Being an artist is a very insecure preoccupation. Instead of being part of a money-making capitalist machine, we make sacrifices to hopefully make an aesthetic contribution and, if we are lucky, to bring pleasure to people - for pleasure's sake. I would not be offering the service of making a donation if I was financially secure...

Better still, if you can't afford to buy one of my limited editions, and you like one of my pictures, why not buy an unlimited edition print instead?
